Account and publishing support
For help with sign-in, a social connection, a publishing job or a data request, email hello@testplotlabs.com.
When you contact us
Include your LoopBatch workspace, the platform, and the run or publishing-job identifier that LoopBatch shows. Do not send passwords, OAuth authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens or app secrets.
Disconnect an account
Open Connections in LoopBatch and choose Disconnect. You can also remove the app in the account settings of the platform. On most platforms, the app still has the name Feedline. See Disconnect and data deletion for each platform.
